“I used the free resume review as a candidate. The feedback was specific, honest and non-generic. Three weeks later I had two interviews and an offer.”

Questions
Frequently asked
Is the free service really free?
Yes. The discovery call, resume review, salary benchmark and monthly Q&A are free with no
card required and no obligation to buy. We offer them because they’re genuinely useful and
because some people only ever need that much help. If a paid engagement would suit you,
we’ll mention it once — and take no for an answer.
What’s the difference between RPO and executive search?
RPO is embedded, volume-oriented recruiting support — we act as your recruiting function
across multiple roles, usually on a monthly retainer. Executive search is a targeted,
research-led process for a single senior hire (director and above), typically retained and
delivered over 6–12 weeks with market mapping and direct approach.
Do you work with startups and small teams?
Constantly. Roughly half our clients have fewer than 50 employees. For early-stage teams we
usually recommend starting with the free session plus a fixed-fee project — like a
handbook or a set of salary bands — rather than a retainer you don’t need yet.
Are you a law firm? Can you give legal advice?
No. SecureSurece is a service brand operated by Digi Creatid. Digi Creatid is an HR and
recruiting consultancy, not a law firm, and we don’t provide legal advice or legal
representation. Our compliance and HR audit work is advisory and operational in nature.
For legal opinions, contracts or tribunal matters, we’ll always recommend you engage a
qualified employment lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction — and we’re happy to work
alongside them.
How quickly can you start?
Discovery calls are usually available within 2–3 business days. Fixed-fee projects such as
handbooks or compensation reviews typically kick off within one week of sign-off. RPO
engagements usually start within 5–10 business days, depending on how quickly we can get
access to your systems and hiring managers.
Which time zones and countries do you cover?
We support clients across North America, EMEA and APAC, with regional delivery teams
covering the USA, India and the UK. We regularly support hiring across those regions, and
we invoice in USD, INR or GBP. For countries outside our core markets we partner with
vetted local advisers.
What happens to my data if I submit the contact form?
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to deliver any service you ask us
for. We don’t sell or rent personal data, and you can ask us to delete your information at
any time by emailing hello@securesurece.com. Full details are in our
Privacy Policy.

Issued by Digi Creatid
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for
services purchased from Digi Creatid under the SecureSurece brand. It forms part of, and
should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all paid services delivered by Digi Creatid under the SecureSurece
brand, including but not limited to Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Executive Search,
HR Policy & Handbook projects, Compensation & Levelling projects, Compliance & HR
Audit advisory, and Employer Brand or Hiring Manager Coaching workshops.
2. Free services
Free services — including the discovery call, resume and LinkedIn review, salary benchmark,
templates, and monthly Q&A — are provided at no charge and no payment is taken. Because no
fees are collected, no refund applies. There is nothing to cancel.
3. Cancellation by the client
3.1 Retainer engagements (including RPO)
Monthly retainers may be cancelled at any time by giving at least 30 days’ written notice to hello@securesurece.com.
Where a minimum term applies (for example, a 3-month minimum on the Growth plan), the minimum term must be completed before cancellation takes effect.
Fees already invoiced for the current billing period remain payable. The next billing period will not be charged if valid notice has been received in time.
Unused days within a paid month are not refunded on a pro-rata basis unless expressly agreed in writing.
Cancellation before work has commenced: any deposit paid is refunded in full, minus any third-party costs already incurred.
Cancellation after work has commenced: you are invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date, calculated on a milestone or pro-rata basis as set out in the proposal. Any balance of prepaid fees for work not yet started is refunded.
Cancellation after final delivery: not refundable.
3.3 Executive search
Retained search engagements are subject to the specific milestone schedule in the engagement letter.
Retainer instalments already paid for completed search stages are non-refundable, because research, market mapping and direct approach work cannot be returned.
If a placed candidate leaves within the guarantee period stated in the engagement letter, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional professional fee.
3.4 Workshops and coaching
Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled session: full refund or free rescheduling.
Cancellation within 7 days of the session: 50% of the fee is refundable, or the session may be rescheduled once at no cost.
No-show without notice: no refund.
4. Cancellation by Digi Creatid
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an engagement where (a) the scope falls outside our
competence or licensing, (b) a conflict of interest arises, (c) required information or
access is not provided, or (d) a request would require us to act unlawfully or unethically.
In such cases, we will refund any fees paid for work not yet performed.
5. Refund process
Refund requests must be made in writing to hello@securesurece.com with your invoice number and reason.
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and issue a decision within 14 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
Bank charges, payment-gateway fees, currency conversion losses and taxes already remitted to authorities may be deducted where non-recoverable.
6. Non-refundable items
Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (job-board credits, assessment licences, advertising, background-check fees, travel).
Completed deliverables (for example, a delivered handbook or finalised salary band report).
Placement or success fees for candidates who have accepted an offer.
Fees for time already delivered, as evidenced by timesheets, dashboards or milestone sign-offs.
7. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the matter
directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of
associated costs, without prejudice to our other rights.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable
consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Important: This policy is a commercial policy only. It is not legal advice,
and it does not create rights beyond those expressly stated here or required by applicable law.

4. Free services
Free services (discovery call, resume review, salary benchmark, templates, monthly Q&A)

5. Paid engagements
Paid engagements are governed by a written proposal, statement of work or engagement letter signed by both parties.
Where these Terms conflict with a signed engagement document, the signed document prevails for that engagement.

6. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. INR and GBP invoicing is available on request.
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower.

public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
9. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, templates, frameworks and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Digi Creatid unless expressly assigned in writing.
On full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use deliverables internally for their own business purposes.
You may not resell, sublicense or commercially exploit our deliverables without written consent.
10. Candidate submissions
Candidates introduced by us are subject to the terms in the relevant engagement letter.
Where a client hires a candidate we introduced within 12 months of the introduction, the agreed placement fee applies, even if the hire occurs through another channel.
Replacement guarantees, where offered, are set out in the engagement letter and are subject to fees being paid in full.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities or reputational harm.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, in the 6 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for decisions made by you or your organisation based on our advice, or for the conduct of candidates, employees or third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digi Creatid, its directors, employees and
contractors against claims, losses and costs arising from (a) your breach of these Terms,
(b) your unlawful use of the services, or (c) data or instructions you provide that infringe
third-party rights or violate applicable law.

These Terms apply while you use the website or our services.
Either party may terminate a paid engagement as set out in the applicable engagement letter or our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or free services at any time, with or without notice, for misuse or breach.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (confidentiality, IP, liability, governing law) will survive.

consumer protections in your jurisdiction, the courts at Ambala, Haryana, India
shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these
Terms or the services.
